If you open your battery, you are at high risk: improper repair of our batteries can lead to functional impairments and uncontrolled thermal reactions. Opening or changing the batteries will void any warranty. This also applies to all other manipulations of the battery. When buying used batteries it is essential to ensure that they are taken over by the previous owner undamaged. For safety reasons, we recommend that you do not use the rechargeable battery directly. BMZ offers a cost-effective check by the manufacturer via the retailer.

We urge you to use only original BMZ components. BMZ only installs components in which the software and hardware are precisely matched, thus guaranteeing efficiency and, above all, safety. At all costs, BMZ wants to avoid dangerous malfunctions occurring in e-bikes - epowered by BMZ. Only with original BMZ parts we can guarantee this security.

BMZ grants a guarantee to the e-bike manufacturer for individual components and for the entire system. Please check with your dealer about the conditions of the respective manufacturer.

You can calculate the expected charging time of your system very easily. For example, if you have a 16 Ah battery and you charge the charger with 4 amps, you will be charged for 4 hours until your battery is fully charged.
