BMZ offers a service for the material handling of large batteries. The term "large batteries" means battery systems from 48V, which are still scaled (parallel or serially interconnected), such E.g. ESS 7.0.

• On-site diagnosis (field technician)
• Complaint handling via our ticket system
• Return and repair in the Central Service
• Telephone technology hotline
• Disposal of the "End of Life" batteries (recycling)
